The fees paid by merchants for electronic payment services vary according to online transactions and fixed transactions. Merchants are generally required to pay the purchaser, for each electronic transaction, a high fee covering both the purchaser`s costs and the processor`s costs. As a general rule, purchasers also charge a monthly fee for billing and bank account services they provide to merchants. 12.1. This agreement is in English and you agree that we will contact you and that you will contact us in English for the duration of the agreement. By registering for the service and accepting the terms of this Agreement, you agree to receive communications from us electronically. We may provide all communications and information relating to the service and your distributor account, including, but not limited to service agreements, changes or modifications to these agreements or guidelines, disclosures, communications, transaction information, statements, responses to claims and other customer communications that we may have to provide you electronically through law (together communications). 3.4 Pre-authorized payments. You can allow merchants to calculate your selected payment method with a recurring payment, multiple payment or split payment. A “recurring payment” is a payment right you have granted to a merchant to calculate your payment method chosen at regular intervals for fixed or variable amounts over a period of time. A “multiple payment” is a payment authorization you have granted to a merchant to charge for your selected variables for the payment method for a specified period of time. Multiple payment can only be used for multiple payments that are not recurring payments. You can cancel or cancel a recurring or multiple payment at any time by registering in the “Your Account” section of our website and terminating the authorization in “Account Settings.” A “split payment” is a payment authorization that you have granted to a merchant for the total amount of a single order with more than one item allowing the merchant to calculate separately your payment method chosen for each of these items when the item or service is shipped or filled out.
